Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Articles 52 et seq. of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005), consumers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving the Product, without giving any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer may use this online form or send a clear statement by e-mail to care@aliita.com, indicating the order number, order date and the Product(s) they wish to return.

The Products must be returned within 14 (fourteen) days from the date on which the withdrawal is communicated. Returned Products must be complete, in their original packaging and accompanied by any accessories and authenticity certificates originally supplied.

Pursuant to Article 59 of the Italian Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to Products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised, including, by way of example, engraved jewellery, made-to-measure jewellery or Products modified at the Customer's request. This limitation does not affect the Customer's statutory rights in the
event that a Product is defective, damaged or not in conformity with the Contract.
